Borneo Insiders Guide: ‘Borneo In Books’ Feature Published

The April to June issue of Borneo Insiders Guide is out now, available for free throughout Borneo and Brunei.
My extended article counting down the ten best books on Borneo is the cover feature for the issue. From Conrad to Alfred Russell Wallace, travelogues to graphic novels, colonial diaries to Malay traditions – it’s an all encompassing literary index of the best Bornean books in print (and one out of print).
The magazine is available to read online here.

Two new features and return home
Last Sunday saw my return to drizzly Northamptonshire after nine months in the east. What the future holds for my writing looks set to reveal itself over the course of the next few months. In the mean time I intend to plump the website with a portfolio of my published works, revamp a few of my blogs, and develop a few other useful features for the site. Stay posted!
This month sees two features published.

Foremost I have a major piece in Borneo Insiders Guide (or B.I.G) on the best national parks in Malaysian Borneo and Brunei. This tourist focused magazine is available throughout Malaysia and Brunei at a range of hotels and restaurants, as well as on a number of international flights in and around Borneo.

Also available now is the new issue of Four Shires magazine featuring my monthly travel column. Singapore is the focus this issue, in what looks to be a great edition packed with other features and articles. The April issue is available from most newsagents in Northants, Oxfordshire, Warricks, Bucks and Gloucestershire, and is well worth picking up.
